Each order will receive a tracking number from UPS via email.

Orders will be processed usually within 24-72 hours of placing an order and will usually arrive within 5-10 business days unless there is a holiday OR any other unforeseen event there might be a slight delay with deliveries.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are eligible for a refund or exchange.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item has not been used and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.  You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to be eligible.
